Humanity
War
For the love of humanity, the animals and Mother Earth, this morning I cry.

Hope
Hope can be a complicated word for me. When one looks up the definition of hope the answers lean toward wish, or wishful thinking, however to me hope means more. Please don’t get me wrong as there is nothing wrong with wishful, but to me hope runs deeper.
Given that I am not a scholar, nor English major, I often look to the dictionary to help me refine the meanings of a word that I want or need for my expression. The typical definitions just don’t pinpoint the feeling I have behind the word hope.
To me hope is a very deep feeling, trust, desire and expectation for good. By this I mean good things that bring value. Values such as trust, honesty, equality, justice, kindness, service, humility, empathy, understanding and even love. Hope is something I feel from my being, my heart.
This morning I turned on this here iPad thingy to find news of hope coming from the election results in Georgia. Hope that restores my faith in us as a society. May this hope live and grow.
You don’t know me but I’m your brother
Taking it to the streets.
Don’t take for granted your right to take it to the streets.
It is our right to call out wrong when we see it. It is our right to speak up. It is our right to have our own opinion. It is our right to express ourselves. It is our right to vote and to have our vote counted. It is not only our right, but our duty, to help our brothers & sisters for the better.
Vote.
Vote because not only your rights, but your life actually depends on it.

No Blacks, No Jews and No Gays
This is a disco tune that went past my teenage radar back during my youth and that great era of disco. It’s a tune I found later in life when reliving that bygone era. I fell in love with this tune.
Needless to say that the very first time I heard this tune the lyrics of the headline above stopped me in my tracks.
What the fuck? No Blacks, No Jews and No Gays?
Then I really listened to the message given through such a moving beat. A message that needs to be heard, must be heard.
Now all these years later I’m like “What the fuck?” This tune needs to be heard again? Does nothing ever fucking change?
Ok, ok , ok yes I’m on a soap box, but dammit people… We are not White, Black, Jew, Gay, Muslim, Mexican or PURPLE for that matter. We are human and we must care for each other, live together and care for our planet plus the creatures on it, or else we are fucked. Fucked.
Please click play, please feel the beat and move your tush. Please be kind to someone today that they may pass the kindness and understanding onto another. We have to start somewhere and dammit I start by saying I love you, care for you and wish to lift you higher.
Smooches!
There but for the grace of god, there go I – Machine – 1979
July 16, 1969
Today marks the 50th anniversary of the launch of Apollo 11.
With Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin on board, Apollo 11 would land man on the surface of Earth’s only moon 4 days later on July 20, 1969. This first ever lunar landing is one of my very first memories.
The Apollo mission occurred during one of our country’s most turbulent times some 9 years after one of our greatest presidents set a simple, yet difficult, clear goal with a time limit. Good leaders challenge us to grow, great leaders bring us together. It is only together that we can achieve great things.
In honor of yet another 50th anniversary of history, I post my favorite musical memory of 1969.
🎵Harmony and understanding🎶 🎵Sympathy and trust abounding🎶
Worthy goals for a society. May the lyrics of this 50 year old tune inspire and enlighten our society toward better.

Love, Support & Community
Humanity, look for the good.
Silence = Death
To say that this was a stressful week would be an understatement.
We must speak out. We must stand up. We must stand strong. We must walk through. We must bond together. We must embrace each other. We must appreciate differences. We must support justice.
We must be good civil upstanding citizens and we must vote.
We mustn’t tolerate violence or discrimination.
We must understand.
Most of all, we must love.
I stand with our Trans sisters and brothers
In solidarity I re-post this fabulous Pepermint tune.
Enjoy! …& VOTE!
If you haven’t noticed
If you haven’t noticed, it’s Trans Beard week.
Due to current political unfair and unethical maneuvering I felt it important to post men who are men. Honest men who are men from what is deep within their being, not from what was between their legs when they were born.
I stand with them as we will not allow any human to be erased.

There is a greater good. Let’s strive toward that.
We reflect with gratitude for the example given to us by Senator McCain as well as that shared by the speakers above.

Voice
Fearful all alone no one understands
An amoral majority sets the rules
Fearful and alone no one lends a hand
The minions of the rulers do the dirty work
Freedoms are taken one by one
Rulers twist minds, bend rules, stretch truth into lies
Imprisoned, beaten and shunned no longer alone
Hypocrite monsters devout of soul feed their ego
One by one, group by group the prey are consumed
A behemoth demon laughs at the death of humanity
Merely a bystander I wasn’t the alone, thus my voice I never raised
Staring me in the eye the beast salivates
I’m now fearful all alone as no one is left who could understand
Guilty of being brown
Careful, my soapbox is out and I’m standing on it.
So it appears that our US government has started denying US citizens with Hispanic names who live near the border renewal of their already existing US passports.
Apparently claiming that their US birth certificates are forged.
Why haven’t they denied white people with European names passport renewals in that same region because they too might have a forged birth certificate? Because these white people aren’t brown.
Why the FUCK do I have to write this post in 2018? Why the fuck???
Read about it HERE, it’s really happening.
So what, or who, is next? Deny my white Anglo Saxon ass who has an Irish surname a passport renewal because I don’t fuck the opposite sex? Deny someone else who might have a Jewish surname a passport renewal? What, you don’t think it could happen?
Well you had better the fuck think again.
Unless you are a white affluent conservative “chr*stian” republicass, there is a target on your back and they are coming for you. Yes unless you are all five of those you have a target on your back too, and you will pay. Oh and “chr*stian” is misspelled, lower case and has quotes around it because in this day and time it’s simply a necessary label and no longer a moral quality. Yes I did just say that.
What can any of us do?
We can speak (while we still can) we can vote (while we still can) we can protest, talk, discuss, support, call, march, write, work, engage, relate, and most of all we must let this idiotic amoral leadership bind us together to a common cause of greater good.
I’ve had my rant. Fear, hate and anger only create more fear, hate and anger. Love, understanding and inspiration are the way to a higher level. May the Youngbloods’ 1967 classic Get Together lift us.
Blend
Peppermint and Caswell helping us shake our booty’s through the midweek.
End transphobia. What’s in my pants is between me and my god, not you and yours.
We are one
one energy, one life, one light
live, love, respect, understand, express, grow, unite
Today’s Word
Fearsome feels that at times we should contemplate words we know and dig a little deeper. Therefore an occasional entry from this day forward will be titled Today’s Word.
These entries will ask the reader to take a moment to contemplate and go deeper into the meanings of a word, or even a feeling, in each readers own life. Most often a term of everyday vocabulary. Fearsome feels that sometimes a deeper understanding of meaning may be as beneficial, or maybe even more so, than an expanded lexicon.
So without further delay, let’s get this party started!
