I’m not sure what exactly you are saying here as it does quite make sense but it appears you may be trying to say “Please Unsubscribe my e-mail”.
If you meant what I interpret, I do not know how that is done from my end. Each person subscribes to receive e-mails themselves, I do not and cannot just add people. The e mails you receive should have an unsubscribe button and you can also control your subscriptions through your WordPress account. I do not even have your e mail address, all I have is the name that appears here from you registering with WordPress and asking to be e mailed.
Having said this, if you confirm that is exactly what you meant by your comment since it isn’t clear, as some of those aren’t words, and you find you are unable to find the button on your e mail to unsubscribe yourself, just let me know via reply comment I will ask WordPress if I can, and how I might, possibly do it from my end not knowing your e mail address myself.
