This is Gilda, she is 3rd in line at 10 years. She stepped out onto the street in front of my car about 8 years ago and sat down and just stared at me (chewed through rope still attached to her shock collar). I thought to myself as she looked into my eyes “oh no, I’ve got another one”. I got out opened the back door and she walked around and got in the back seat. I called the owner’s number on her collar and thank god that owner no longer wanted her. She’s a Belgian Sheepdog and only weighed 35 lbs at the time. She’s now perfect at about 55 lbs and that shock collar went in the trash her first day in her new home. She’s a wonderful girl.
some people should NOT have animal friends! lucky for gilda she found you!
Lucky for me she found me…she’s such a wonderful soul.
what a cutie.
Gilda says “Thank you Blobby!”
“dog stories’ like these make me blubber like nothing else. What a lovely story.
Its even more dramatic story that that. But the point is she is safe and happy now.
